• When do I get paid?

  • So your first sale has happen and you have rushed  and packed it up in light blue tissue paper, a gold bow and thank you card!!!

    And then you wait for the money to roll into your account. And you wait. You have careful tracked your package to the buyer, watched  when it was out for the delivery - then nothing.

    Now we all want our buyers to rush and open that neatly package item from you - falling deeply in love with the item but unfortunately that's not always the case.

    Sometimes the parcel goes unopened, maybe the buyer is on vacation, what ever the reason the item does not get accepted.

    A buyer has three days to accept an item once it has been delivered after that the item is automatically accepted and the funds released.

    Once the funds are released you can either spend them on PoshMart or you can have them sent to your bank account  

• What should I include in my listing?

  • Below is an example of a good listing.  I found this one on the Belk site. Google can be you best friend on listings . You can find inspiration from sites like Belk in description and in photos. Honestly I have found that the follow is the most important things to include:
    
    - Keyword in the title and description eg: Free People Blue cotton shirt sz14
    - Good lighting for photos
    - Photos from different angles - you can have 8 pictures - try and use all of them
    - A great cover shot
    - A description of the item
    - Measurements - people are always asking for pit to pit
    - Condition

• How do i get paid on PoshMark?

  • There are two ways that you can get paid on PoshMark
    
    - The quickest way to get your money from PoshMark is by doing a direct deposit straight into your bank
    - The other way to get paid is to request a check.

    
    If you are in a shopping mood you can also use your balance to make purchase on the PoshMark site
    

    How to set up getting paid
    
    On the app:
    
    1. Go to the Account Tab
    2. Select My Balance
    3.Select Redeemable Balance and choose your redemption method to set-up either direct deposit or check
    
    When setting up your redemption method you will receive a one time use verification code that you need to enter into the verification screen

    On the web:
    
    1. Go to the Account Tab
    2. Select Orders
    3.Select My Sales  
    4. Select My Balance
    5. Click on Redeem Your Balance Here and select your desired method of redemption

• Where does PoshMark ship?

  • Right now you can only ship to the US though I have read a few times on reddit that sellers have shipped to Canada
    
    When shipping in the US make sure you are using the right box. The best boxes to use are the USPS boxes. Best cause they are free from any post office! Just make sure that they are Priority Mailboxes ( this also includes Priority Mail Flat Rate or Priority Mail Regional Rate)
    
    Make sure that they are not Express Mail boxes as these are not allowed
